아우라호텔은 고객의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, 「정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」, 「개인정보보호법」 등 관련법규를 준수하기 위해 「개인정보취급방침」을 제정하고 이를 준수하고 있으며, 아우라호텔의 「개인정보취급방침」을 영업장에 비치하거나 홈페이지(http://www.aurahotel.co.kr)에 공개하여 고객이 언제나 용이 하게 열람할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다.
아우라호텔의 「개인정보취급방침」은 법률의 제ㆍ개정, 정부의 정책 변경, 회사의 내부 방침의 변경에 따라 바뀔 수 있습니다. 아우라호텔의 '개인정보취급방침'이 변경될 경우 변경된 「개인정보취급 방침」을 영업장에 비치하거나 아우라호텔 사이트 공지사항을 통하여 공지(또는 개별공지)할 것입니다.

① 개인정보란 생존하는 개인에 관한 정보로서 당해 정보에 포함되어 있는 성명 등의 사항에 의하여 당해 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보(당해 정보만으로는 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없더라도 다른 정보와 용이하게 결합하여 식별할 수 있는 것을 포함)를 말합니다.
② 아우라호텔은 고객의 개인정보보호를 매우 중요시하며, "개인정보보호법" 상의 개인정보보호규정을 준수하고 있습니다.
아우라호텔은 개인정보취급방침을 통하여 고객께서 제공하시는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려 드립니다.
③ 아우라호텔은 개인정보취급방침의 지속적인 개선을 위하여 개인정보취급방침을 개정하는데 필요한 절차를 정하고 있습니다. 그리고 개인정보취급방침을 개정하는 경우 버전번호 등을 부여하여 개정된 사항을 고객께서 쉽게 알아볼 수 있도록 하고 있습니다.

3. 개인정보의 수집항목
가. 아우라호텔은 기본적인 서비스 제공을 위한 필수 정보만을 수집하고 있으며 고객 각각의 기호와 필요에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 정보 수집 시 별도 동의를 득하고 수집하고 있습니다. 선택항목을 입력하지 않았을 경우 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
나. 아우라호텔은 다음과 같이 개인정보를 수집하여 이용합니다.

가. 쿠키(cookie)란?
아우라호텔은 고객에 대한 정보를 저장하고 수시로 찾아내는 쿠키(cookie)를 사용합니다. 쿠키는 웹사이트가 고객의 컴퓨터 브라우저(인터넷 익스플로러, 크롬 등)로 전송하는 소량의 정보입니다.

6. 개인정보보유 및 파기
가. 아우라호텔은 개인정보의 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적이 달성된 때에는 회원의 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 구체적인 파기 시점은 다음과 같습니다.
① 회원가입 정보 : 회원가입을 탈퇴하거나 회원에서 제명된 때
② 배송 정보 : 물품 또는 서비스가 인도되거나 제공된 때
③ 설문조사, 이벤트 등의 목적을 위하여 수집한 경우: 당해 설문조사, 이벤트 등을 종료한 때
④ 본인확인정보: 본인임을 확인 한 때
나. 위 개인정보 수집목적 달성 시 즉시파기 원칙에도 불구하고, 관련법령의 규정 및 내부 방침에 의하여 거래 관련 관리 의무 관계의 확인 등을 이유로 일정기간 보유하여야 할 필요가 있을 경우에는 다음과 같이 일정기간 보유합니다.

② 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 : 2년

다. 파기방법
① 종이에 출력된 개인정보: 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각
② 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보: 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제
7. 수집한 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 공유
가. 아우라호텔은 고객의 동의가 있거나 관련 법령의 규정에 의한 경우를 제외하고는 어떠한 경우에도 "개인정보의 수집목적 및 이용목적"에서 고지한 범위를 넘어 고객의 개인정보를 이용하거나 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 주의를 기울여 개인정보를 이용 및 제공하고 있습니다.
① 매각, 인수합병 등 서비스 제공자의 권리와 의무가 완전 승계, 이전되는 경우 반드시 사전에 정당한 사유와 절차에 대해 상세하게 고지할 것이며 고객의 개인정보에 대한 동의 철회의 선택권을 부여합니다.
② 이 외에 개인정보를 제공하거나 공유할 경우에는 사전에 고객께 제휴사가 누구인지, 제공 또는 공유되는 개인정보항목이 무엇인지, 왜 그러한 개인정보가 제공되거나 공유되어야 하는지, 그리고 언제까지 어떻게 보호 ㆍ 관리되는지에 대해 개별적으로 서면 또는 전자우편 등을 통해 고지하여 동의를 구하는 절차를 거치게 되며, 고객께서 동의하지 않는 경우에는 제휴사에게 제공하거나 제휴사와 공유하지 않습니다. 또한, 제휴관계에 변화가 있거나 제휴관계가 종결될 때도 같은 절차에 의하여 고지하거나 동의를 구합니다.
나. 다음의 경우에는 관련 법령의 규정에 의해 고객의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공하는 것이 가능합니다.
① 서비스 제공에 관한 계약 이행
② 관련 법령의 규정에 의하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우
③ 통계작성, 학술연구나 시장조사를 위해 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 가공하여 제공하는 경우
8. 이용자의 권리ㆍ의무와 그 행사방법
가. 고객은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 고객의 개인정보를 열람하거나 정정•삭제, 처리정지, 동의철회를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람, 정정ㆍ삭제, 처리정지, 동의철회를 하고자 할 경우에는 『회원정보』를 클릭하여 직접 열람 또는 정정하거나 대표전화(031-415-0060) 또는 개인정보보호책임자에게 서면, 전화 또는 이메일로 연락하시면 본인 확인 절차를 거쳐 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
나. 고객이 개인정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청하신 경우에는 정정을 완료하기 전까지 당해 개인정보를 이용 또는 제공하지 않습니다. 또한 잘못된 개인정보를 제3자에게 이미 제공한 경우에는 정정 처리결과를 제3자에게 지체 없이 통지하여 정정이 이루어지도록 조치하겠습니다.
다. 아우라호텔은 고객에 의해 삭제 요청된 개인정보는 아우라호텔이 수집하는 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 및 다른 법령에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그 외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.
라. 고객은 자신의 개인정보를 최신의 상태로 정확하게 입력하여 불의의 사고를 예방하여 주시기 바랍니다. 고객이 입력한 부정확한 정보로 인하여 발생하는 사고의 책임은 고객 자신에게 있으며 타인 정보의 도용 등 허위정보를 입력할 경우 회원자격이 상실될 수 있습니다.
마. 고객은 개인정보를 보호받을 권리와 함께 스스로를 보호하고 타인의 정보를 침해하지 않을 의무도 가지고 있습니다. 고객의 개인정보가 유출되지 않도록 조심하시고 게시물을 포함한 타인의 개인정보를 훼손하지 않도록 유의하여 주십시오. 만약 이 같은 책임을 다하지 못하고 타인의 개인정보 및 존엄성을 훼손할 시에는 관련법령에 의하여 처벌받을 수 있습니다.
9. 비회원고객의 개인정보관리
가. 당사는 비회원 고객 또한 당사의 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 당사는 비회원이 이용하실 경우 반드시 필요한 개인정보만을 고객님께 요청하고 있습니다.
나. 당사에서 비회원으로 서비스를 이용하시는 경우 비회원 고객께서 입력하신 정보는 이용대금 결제 및 상품 배송에 관련한 용도 외에는 다른 어떠한 용도로도 사용되지 않습니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
아우라호텔은 고객의 개인정보를 취급함에 있어 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 기술적, 관리적, 물리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.
① 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육
개인정보취급자의 지정을 최소화하고 정기적인 교육을 시행하고 있습니다.
② 정기적인 자체 감사 실시
개인정보 취급 관련 안정성 확보를 위해 정기적으로 자체 감사를 실시하고 있습니다.
③ 내부관리계획의 수립 및 시행
개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위하여 내부관리계획을 수립하고 시행하고 있습니다.
④ 개인정보의 암호화
이용자의 개인정보는 비밀번호는 암호화 되어 저장 및 관리되고 있어, 본인만이 알 수 있으며 파일 및 전송 데이터를 암호화 및 중요한 데이터는 별도의 보안 기능을 통해 보호되고 있습니다.
⑤ 해킹 등에 대비한 기술적 대책
해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 훼손을 막기 위하여 보안프로그램을 설치하고 주기적인 갱신ㆍ점검을 하며 외부로부터 접근이 통제된 구역에 시스템을 설치하고 기술적/물리적으로 감시 및 차단하고 있습니다.
⑥ 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한
개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여,변경,말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.
⑦ 접속기록의 보관 및 위변조 방지
개인정보취급시스템에 접속한 기록을 최소 6개월 이상 보관, 관리하고 있으며, 접속 기록이 위변조 및 도난, 분실되지 않도록 보안기능 사용하고 있습니다.
⑧ 문서보안을 위한 잠금장치 사용
개인정보가 포함된 서류, 보조저장매체 등을 잠금장치가 있는 안전한 장소에 보관하고 있습니다.
⑨ 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제
개인정보를 보관하고 있는 물리적 보관 장소를 별도로 두고 이에 대해 출입통제 절차를 수립, 운영하고 있습니다.

12. 만 14세 미만의 아동에 대한 개인정보보호
아우라호텔은 만19세 미만 회원가입 요청자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 다음의 장치를 구비하고 있습니다.
- 만19세 미만 회원가입 요청자는 회원가입을 받고 있지 않습니다.
- 만 19세 미만의 사용자가 회원가입을 했을 시 회원자격 박탈 및 강제 탈퇴를 원칙으로 합니다.
13. 광고성 정보전송
가. 아우라호텔은 고객의 사전 동의 없이 영리목적의 광고성 정보를 전송하지 않습니다.
나. 아우라호텔은 (신)상품 또는 이벤트 정보안내 등 고객에게 최적화 된 마케팅을 위해 광고성 정보를 전자우편으로 전송하는 경우에는  광고성 정보 전송에 대한 고객의 사전동의를 구한 후, 전자우편의  제목란 및 본문란에 다음 사항과 같이 고객께서 쉽게 알아 볼 수 있도록 조치합니다.
- 제목란 : 제목이 시작되는 부분에 "광고"라는 표시를 함.
- 본문란 : 이용자가 수신거부의 의사표시를 할 수 있는 전송자의  명칭, 연락처, 전자우편, 주소, 및 수신동의 철회에 대한 안내문.
다. 광고수신에 동의한 고객에게 팩스ㆍ휴대폰 문자전송 등 전자우편 이외의 방법을 통해 영리목적의 광고성 정보를 전송하는 경우에도 전송자의 명칭을 표기하는 등 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

가. 아우라호텔은 고객께 다른 회사의 웹사이트 또는 자료에 대한 링크를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 아우라호텔은 외부사이트 및 자료에 대한 아무런 통제권이 없으므로 그로부터 제공받는 서비스나 자료의 유용성에 대해 책임질 수 없으며 보증할 수 없습니다.
나. 아우라호텔이 포함하고 있는 링크를 클릭(click)하여 타 사이트(site)의 페이지로 옮겨갈 경우 해당 사이트의 개인정보취급(취급)방침은 아우라호텔과 무관하므로 새로 방문한 사이트의 정책을 검토해 보시기 바랍니다.
15. 게시물
가. 아우라호텔은 고객의 게시물을 소중하게 생각하며 변조, 훼손, 삭제되지 않도록 최선을 다하여 보호합니다. 그러나 다음의 경우는 그렇지 아니합니다.
- 스팸(spam)성 게시물 (예 : 행운의 편지, 특정사이트 광고 등)
- 타인을 비방할 목적으로 허위 사실을 유포하여 타인의 명예를 훼손하는 글
- 동의 없는 타인의 신상공개, 제 3자의 저작권 등 권리를 침해하는 내용, 기타 게시판 주제와 다른 내용의 게시물
- 아우라호텔은 바람직한 게시판 문화를 활성화하기 위하여 동의 없는 타인의 신상 공개시 특정 부분을 삭제하거나 기호 등으로 수정하여 게시할 수 있습니다.
- 다른 주제의 게시판으로 이동 가능한 내용일 경우 해당 게시물에 이동 경로를 밝혀 오해가 없도록 하고 있습니다.
- 그 외의 경우 명시적 또는 개별적인 경고 후 삭제 조치할 수 있습니다.

3. Personal information items collected
a. AURA Hotel collects only essential information required for providing basic services. It obtains a separate agreement from customers on collecting information for providing customized services to individual customers. By failing to enter optional information items, services may be limited.
b. AURA Hotel collects and uses personal information as follows:
(1) Personal information items collected when membership is subscribed
- Essential Items collected : Name in full, date of birth, Contact address (wired, mobile phone etc.), E-mail address
- Purposes of use : User identification and authentication, User authentication, public announcements, handling of complaints, Provision of information concerning products and services
- Retention and use period : Until membership is withdrawn
- Optional Items collected : Anniversaries, purpose of hotel use etc.
- Purposes of use : Provision of information concerning products and services based on anniversaries or preferences
- Retention and use period : Until membership is withdrawn
(2) Other information generated in processes of service use or business processing
- Records of service use, access logs, cookies, access IP information, and record of service suspension
c. AURA Hotel does not collect delicate personal information that is believed to infringe the basic human rights of the users (race or ethnic origins, ideologies or credos, origin or place of birth, political orientations, criminal records, health conditions, sexual life etc.). AURA Hotel will obtain advance agreement by the users if required to collect such personal information for unavoidable causes. And, the Hotel shall not use information the customers enter for purposes other than those announced in advance and shall not disclose such information to any third parties under any circumstances.
4. Method for collecting personal information
a. AURA Hotel collects personal information using the below-listed means:
- Membership subscription through website, given forms, phone or fax, bulletin board for customer counseling, and participation in lottery events
- Collection using software tools generating information
b. AURA Hotel considers that when customers check "Agree" to the Agreement to its Collection or Use of Personal Information or "Agree" to each of the questions in the Terms of Service, they are agreeing to the collection of their personal information.
5. Collection of personal information using cookies
a. Cookie?
AURA Hotel uses software cookies that store and search specific customer information. Cookies are part of a small program that the AURA Hotel website transmits to the customer's browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome etc.)
The AURA Hotel computer may provide your desired information without any additional information like name in full being entered by you for access to the AURA Hotel computer as the computer reads the cookie details on the customer's browser and locates such additional information on the customer computer.

6. Retention and destruction of personal information
a. AURA Hotel destroys personal information of its members without delay when the purpose of collection or provision of such personal information is accomplished. The specific destruction time is as follows:
(1) Information concerning membership subscription: When membership is withdrawn or expelled
(2) Information concerning shipment or distribution: When the goods or services are delivered
(3) Information concerning questionnaire surveys or events: When the questionnaire survey or events are completed
(4) User authentication information: When the user is authenticated
b. Personal information is retained for given periods to check administrative obligations related to transactions pursuant to pertinent statutes or internal policies despite the rule of immediate destruction for personal information collection as follows:
(1) Records concerning the contracting or withdrawal of subscription: Two years
(2) Records concerning the handling of consumer complaints or dispute settlement: Two years
(3) Information for user identification for provision of revisit services: Immediately upon withdrawing membership
c. Destruction methods
(1) Personal information printed on paper: Shredded or incinerated
(2) Personal information stored on digital media: Deletion using technical methods disabling regeneration or retrieval
7. Provision or sharing of collected personal information to or with third parties
a. AURA Hotel does not use or disclose the customers' personal information in excess of the "Purposes of Collection of Use of Personal Information" under any circumstances, except for cases where the customer agrees or the pertinent statute requires it. AURA Hotel uses or provides personal information with attention in the below-listed cases, however:
(1) The AURA Hotel will always inform the customers of legitimate causes and procedures in advance when the rights and obligations of the service provider is fully inherited or transferred through business sales or M&A. The AURA Hotel will also provide the customer with options to withdraw their agreement to collection of use of their personal information.
(2) In addition, when the AURA Hotel provides or shares personal information with third parties, it will always undergo a procedure of seeking agreement by informing the individual customers in writing or through an e-mail as to who the alliance partners are, what personal information items are provided or shared, and how their information will be protected or managed. If the customer does not give his consent, the Hotel will not provide or share his personal information to or with allied partners. The Hotel will also inform or seek agreement under the same procedure when any changes arise in the alliance or the alliance comes to an end.
b. The AURA Hotel is allowed to provide personal information without the consent of the customer, pursuant to the pertinent statutes:
(1) Performing contracts concerning service provisions
(2) When it is required under pertinent statutes or requested by law-enforcement authorities for an investigation according to the procedure and methods provided under the statutes
(3) When personal information is provided in a form or manner that disables identification of specific individuals through the processing of data, for the purpose of preparing statistics, academic research or a market survey.
8. Rights and duties of users and their exercise methods
a. The customers may, at any time, request the viewing, correction, deletion or suspension of their registered personal information or for the withdrawal of their agreement. To view, correct, delete, suspend or withdraw agreement of personal information collection or use from the Hotel without delay, after authentication of the user, the customer may directly view or correct personal information by clicking "Member information," contact the AURA Hotel by phone (031-415-0060) or submit a request to the person in charge of personal information protection in writing, by phone or e-mail.
b. When the customer requests for a correction of errors in his personal information, the Hotel will not use or provide the personal information before the correction is finished. The AURA Hotel will also ensure the correction is made by speedily informing third parties of the correction details if incorrect personal information has already been provided to any third parties.
c. AURA Hotel ensures that the personal information whose deletion has been requested by a customer is treated according to the Hotel's policy concerning retention or use period of personal information it collects or as provided under statutes and further that such information is not viewed or used for purposes other than those stated.
d. We hope the customers will prevent unexpected mishaps by accurately entering their personal information. The customer will be held responsible for any mishaps that arise because of incorrect information he enters. His membership may be revoked if false information is entered.
e. The customers are obliged to protect themselves and not to infringe information belonging to others as they are entitled to protection of their personal information. Customers should not disclose their personal information or tamper with personal information belonging to others, including articles uploaded on the website. Punishment according to the pertinent statute may result if a customer fails to discharge his obligations or misuses personal information or the dignity of others.
9. Administration of personal information of non-member customers
a. Non-member customers may also use the company's services. The company requests only necessary personal information when non-member customers use its services.
b. When a non-member customer uses the company's services, the company does not use the information entered by the customer for purposes other than for payment of service bills and shipment of goods.
10. Measures for securing the safety of personal information
AURA Hotel takes the below-listed technical, administrative and physical measures to secure safety in handling the personal information of its customers to prevent loss, theft, leakage, forgery or tampering:
(1) Minimization and education of staff members handling personal information
AURA Hotel appoints a minimum number of staff members who are allowed to handle personal information and conducts periodic education.
(2) Periodic internal audit
In-house audits are performed regularly to secure the safe handling of personal information.
(3) Development and implementation of internal management plans.
Internal management plans are developed and implemented to ensure the safe handling of personal information.
(4) Encryption of personal information
The personal information of the users is encrypted before storing or management of it. Only the user himself may access his personal information. All files and transmitted data are also encrypted while important data are protected using additional security functions.
(5) Technical measures against hacking
AURA Hotel installs and periodically updates and checks security programs in order to prevent leakage or tampering of any personal information from hacking or computer viruses. All systems are installed in access-controlled areas and monitored and blocked technically and physically.
(6) Restriction of access to personal information
AURA Hotel takes necessary measures to control access to personal information through assignments and the update or deletion of access authority to database systems that handle personal information.
(7) Storage and prevention of forgery or tampering of access records
The access records concerning personal information processing systems are kept for six or more months, and security functions are used to prevent their forgery, tampering, theft or loss.
(8) Locking devices used for document security
Documents and auxiliary storage media containing personal data are kept in safe places where locking devices are installed.
(9) Control of access by unauthorized personnel
Separate physical storage areas are maintained to store personal information whose access control procedures are developed and implemented.

12. Protection of personal information of children less than 19 years old
AURA Hotel implements the below-listed in order to protect personal information of membership applicants who are younger than 19 years of age:
- The Hotel does not accept membership subscription by those who are younger than 19 years of age
- As a rule, membership is not permitted for persons under 19 years of age. Membership will be withdrawn from anyone found to be under 19 years old.
13. Transmission of advertising information or messages
a. AURA Hotel does not transmit any advertising information for commercial purposes against the customer's clear refusal.
b. AURA Hotel ensures that the following are indicated in the title and body of its e-mail messages for easy reading when advertising information is sent using e-mail for product information or other online marketing purposes:
- E-mail title line: "Advertisement" may not be indicated in the title line. It usually indicates the key content of the body message.
- E-mail body text: The AURA Hotel indicates The name, E-mail address, phone number and address of The sender so that The users or recipients may express their refusal to such messages. Specific methods are indicated so that The users may easily express their refusal.
c. The Hotel also indicates the sender name and takes other necessary actions when it sends advertising information for business purposes by means other than e-mails, including faxes and SMS, to the customers who have agreed to receipt of such advertising messages.
14. Linked sites
a. AURA Hotel may provide its customers with links to websites or information of other companies. In such cases, the AURA Hotel is not responsible for or cannot warrant the usefulness of services or information provided by such external sites on which it has no control.
b. When you move to pages of other sites by clicking links included in the Hotel website, you should check the Privacy Policy of the other sites as AURA Hotel is not responsible for their policy. 
15. Articles displayed
a. AURA Hotel does its utmost to protect the articles uploaded by its customers on its website from being tampered with, damaged or deleted. However, this does not apply to the below-listed:
- Spam messages (ex: Chain letters, advertisement of specific sites etc.)
- Articles that defame others by disseminating false information to maliciously slander others
- Articles that divulge privacy related personal information of others without their consent, that infringe copyrights or other rights of third parties, or that are irrelevant to the themes of the bulletin board
- AURA Hotel may display such articles after deleting or correcting certain parts that disclose The privacy of others without agreement in order to promote healthy bulletin board culture.
- AURA Hotel will prevent misunderstanding or confusion by providing The path to a related article when an article contains links to bulletin boards handling other themes.
- The AURA Hotel may delete other malicious articles after giving specific or individual warnings.
b. The author is responsible for his articles, as a rule. Customers should give serious consideration to disclosing any information as information disclosed voluntarily through such articles can hardly be protected.
16. Obligation to notify
The AURA Hotel will notify or publish details through its website at least seven days in advance when any changes, including addition, deletion or correction, made in statutes, government policies, internal policies of the Hotel or security related technologies.

가. 아우라호텔은 개인정보의 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적이 달성된 때에는 회원의 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 구체적인 파기 시점은 다음과 같습니다.
① 회원가입 정보 : 회원가입을 탈퇴하거나 회원에서 제명된 때
② 배송 정보 : 물품 또는 서비스가 인도되거나 제공된 때

7. 수집한 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 공유
가. 아우라호텔은 고객의 동의가 있거나 관련 법령의 규정에 의한 경우를 제외하고는 어떠한 경우에도 "개인정보의 수집목적 및 이용목적"에서 고지한 범위를 넘어 고객의 개인정보를 이용하거나 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 주의를 기울여 개인정보를 이용 및 제공하고 있습니다.
① 매각, 인수합병 등 서비스 제공자의 권리와 의무가 완전 승계, 이전되는 경우 반드시 사전에 정당한 사유와 절차에 대해 상세하게 고지할 것이며 고객의 개인정보에 대한 동의 철회의 선택권을 부여합니다.
② 이 외에 개인정보를 제공하거나 공유할 경우에는 사전에 고객께 제휴사가 누구인지, 제공 또는 공유되는 개인정보항목이 무엇인지, 왜 그러한 개인정보가 제공되거나 공유되어야 하는지, 그리고 언제까지 어떻게 보호 ㆍ 관리되는지에 대해 개별적으로 서면 또는 전자우편 등을 통해 고지하여 동의를 구하는 절차를 거치게 되며, 고객께서 동의하지 않는 경우에는 제휴사에게 제공하거나 제휴사와 공유하지 않습니다. 또한, 제휴관계에 변화가 있거나 제휴관계가 종결될 때도 같은 절차에 의하여 고지하거나 동의를 구합니다.

8. 이용자의 권리ㆍ의무와 그 행사방법

다. 아우라호텔은 고객에 의해 삭제 요청된 개인정보는 아우라호텔이 수집하는 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 및 다른 법령에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그 외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.
라. 고객은 자신의 개인정보를 최신의 상태로 정확하게 입력하여 불의의 사고를 예방하여 주시기 바랍니다. 고객이 입력한 부정확한 정보로 인하여 발생하는 사고의 책임은 고객 자신에게 있으며 타인 정보의 도용 등 허위정보를 입력할 경우 회원자격이 상실될 수 있습니다.
마. 고객은 개인정보를 보호받을 권리와 함께 스스로를 보호하고 타인의 정보를 침해하지 않을 의무도 가지고 있습니다. 고객의 개인정보가 유출되지 않도록 조심하시고 게시물을 포함한 타인의 개인정보를 훼손하지 않도록 유의하여 주십시오. 만약 이 같은 책임을 다하지 못하고 타인의 개인정보 및 존엄성을 훼손할 시에는 관련법령에 의하여 처벌받을 수 있습니다.
9. 비회원고객의 개인정보관리
가. 당사는 비회원 고객 또한 당사의 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 당사는 비회원이 이용하실 경우 반드시 필요한 개인정보만을 고객님께 요청하고 있습니다.

가. 아우라호텔은 고객의 게시물을 소중하게 생각하며 변조, 훼손, 삭제되지 않도록 최선을 다하여 보호합니다. 그러나 다음의 경우는 그렇지 아니합니다.

1. General Rules
(1) Personal information shall refer to information concerning living individuals that enables their identification by using a name in full contained in such information (including information that enables identification by easily combining it with other information if individuals may not be identified with the relevant information alone).
(2) AURA Hotel complies with the provisions on protection of personal information under the Act on Protection of Personal Information as it highly values the personal information of its customers.
AURA Hotel states how and for what purposes the personal information its customers provide is used and what actions are taken to protect the personal information through its Privacy Policy.
(3) AURA Hotel has developed a procedure for updating its Privacy Policy in order to steadily improve its Policy. It also provides the version number of any amendments made to its Policy for easily discernment.

a. AURA Hotel collects only essential information required for providing basic services. It obtains a separate agreement from customers on collecting information for providing customized services to individual customers. By failing to enter optional information items, services may be limited.
b. AURA Hotel collects and uses personal information as follows:

- Essential Items collected : Name in full, date of birth, Contact address (wired, mobile phone etc.), E-mail address
- Purposes of use : User identification and authentication, User authentication, public announcements, handling of complaints, Provision of information concerning products and services

- Optional Items collected : Anniversaries, purpose of hotel use etc.

(2) Other information generated in processes of service use or business processing
- Records of service use, access logs, cookies, access IP information, and record of service suspension
c. AURA Hotel does not collect delicate personal information that is believed to infringe the basic human rights of the users (race or ethnic origins, ideologies or credos, origin or place of birth, political orientations, criminal records, health conditions, sexual life etc.). AURA Hotel will obtain advance agreement by the users if required to collect such personal information for unavoidable causes. And, the Hotel shall not use information the customers enter for purposes other than those announced in advance and shall not disclose such information to any third parties under any circumstances.
4. Method for collecting personal information
a. AURA Hotel collects personal information using the below-listed means:
- Membership subscription through website, given forms, phone or fax, bulletin board for customer counseling, and participation in lottery events
- Collection using software tools generating information
b. AURA Hotel considers that when customers check "Agree" to the Agreement to its Collection or Use of Personal Information or "Agree" to each of the questions in the Terms of Service, they are agreeing to the collection of their personal information.
5. Collection of personal information using cookies
a. Cookie?
AURA Hotel uses software cookies that store and search specific customer information. Cookies are part of a small program that the AURA Hotel website transmits to the customer's browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome etc.)
The AURA Hotel computer may provide your desired information without any additional information like name in full being entered by you for access to the AURA Hotel computer as the computer reads the cookie details on the customer's browser and locates such additional information on the customer computer.

6. Retention and destruction of personal information
a. AURA Hotel destroys personal information of its members without delay when the purpose of collection or provision of such personal information is accomplished. The specific destruction time is as follows:
(1) Information concerning membership subscription: When membership is withdrawn or expelled
(2) Information concerning shipment or distribution: When the goods or services are delivered
(3) Information concerning questionnaire surveys or events: When the questionnaire survey or events are completed
(4) User authentication information: When the user is authenticated
b. Personal information is retained for given periods to check administrative obligations related to transactions pursuant to pertinent statutes or internal policies despite the rule of immediate destruction for personal information collection as follows:
(1) Records concerning the contracting or withdrawal of subscription: Two years
(2) Records concerning the handling of consumer complaints or dispute settlement: Two years

7. Provision or sharing of collected personal information to or with third parties
a. AURA Hotel does not use or disclose the customers' personal information in excess of the "Purposes of Collection of Use of Personal Information" under any circumstances, except for cases where the customer agrees or the pertinent statute requires it. AURA Hotel uses or provides personal information with attention in the below-listed cases, however:
(1) The AURA Hotel will always inform the customers of legitimate causes and procedures in advance when the rights and obligations of the service provider is fully inherited or transferred through business sales or M&A. The AURA Hotel will also provide the customer with options to withdraw their agreement to collection of use of their personal information.
(2) In addition, when the AURA Hotel provides or shares personal information with third parties, it will always undergo a procedure of seeking agreement by informing the individual customers in writing or through an e-mail as to who the alliance partners are, what personal information items are provided or shared, and how their information will be protected or managed. If the customer does not give his consent, the Hotel will not provide or share his personal information to or with allied partners. The Hotel will also inform or seek agreement under the same procedure when any changes arise in the alliance or the alliance comes to an end.
b. The AURA Hotel is allowed to provide personal information without the consent of the customer, pursuant to the pertinent statutes:
(1) Performing contracts concerning service provisions
(2) When it is required under pertinent statutes or requested by law-enforcement authorities for an investigation according to the procedure and methods provided under the statutes
(3) When personal information is provided in a form or manner that disables identification of specific individuals through the processing of data, for the purpose of preparing statistics, academic research or a market survey.
8. Rights and duties of users and their exercise methods
a. The customers may, at any time, request the viewing, correction, deletion or suspension of their registered personal information or for the withdrawal of their agreement. To view, correct, delete, suspend or withdraw agreement of personal information collection or use from the Hotel without delay, after authentication of the user, the customer may directly view or correct personal information by clicking "Member information," contact the AURA Hotel by phone (031-415-0060) or submit a request to the person in charge of personal information protection in writing, by phone or e-mail.
b. When the customer requests for a correction of errors in his personal information, the Hotel will not use or provide the personal information before the correction is finished. The AURA Hotel will also ensure the correction is made by speedily informing third parties of the correction details if incorrect personal information has already been provided to any third parties.
c. AURA Hotel ensures that the personal information whose deletion has been requested by a customer is treated according to the Hotel's policy concerning retention or use period of personal information it collects or as provided under statutes and further that such information is not viewed or used for purposes other than those stated.
d. We hope the customers will prevent unexpected mishaps by accurately entering their personal information. The customer will be held responsible for any mishaps that arise because of incorrect information he enters. His membership may be revoked if false information is entered.
e. The customers are obliged to protect themselves and not to infringe information belonging to others as they are entitled to protection of their personal information. Customers should not disclose their personal information or tamper with personal information belonging to others, including articles uploaded on the website. Punishment according to the pertinent statute may result if a customer fails to discharge his obligations or misuses personal information or the dignity of others.
9. Administration of personal information of non-member customers
a. Non-member customers may also use the company's services. The company requests only necessary personal information when non-member customers use its services.
b. When a non-member customer uses the company's services, the company does not use the information entered by the customer for purposes other than for payment of service bills and shipment of goods.

Internal management plans are developed and implemented to ensure the safe handling of personal information.
(4) Encryption of personal information
The personal information of the users is encrypted before storing or management of it. Only the user himself may access his personal information. All files and transmitted data are also encrypted while important data are protected using additional security functions.
(5) Technical measures against hacking
AURA Hotel installs and periodically updates and checks security programs in order to prevent leakage or tampering of any personal information from hacking or computer viruses. All systems are installed in access-controlled areas and monitored and blocked technically and physically.

AURA Hotel takes necessary measures to control access to personal information through assignments and the update or deletion of access authority to database systems that handle personal information.

12. Protection of personal information of children less than 19 years old
AURA Hotel implements the below-listed in order to protect personal information of membership applicants who are younger than 19 years of age:
- The Hotel does not accept membership subscription by those who are younger than 19 years of age
- As a rule, membership is not permitted for persons under 19 years of age. Membership will be withdrawn from anyone found to be under 19 years old.
13. Transmission of advertising information or messages
a. AURA Hotel does not transmit any advertising information for commercial purposes against the customer's clear refusal.
b. AURA Hotel ensures that the following are indicated in the title and body of its e-mail messages for easy reading when advertising information is sent using e-mail for product information or other online marketing purposes:
- E-mail title line: "Advertisement" may not be indicated in the title line. It usually indicates the key content of the body message.
- E-mail body text: The AURA Hotel indicates The name, E-mail address, phone number and address of The sender so that The users or recipients may express their refusal to such messages. Specific methods are indicated so that The users may easily express their refusal.
c. The Hotel also indicates the sender name and takes other necessary actions when it sends advertising information for business purposes by means other than e-mails, including faxes and SMS, to the customers who have agreed to receipt of such advertising messages.

a. AURA Hotel may provide its customers with links to websites or information of other companies. In such cases, the AURA Hotel is not responsible for or cannot warrant the usefulness of services or information provided by such external sites on which it has no control.
b. When you move to pages of other sites by clicking links included in the Hotel website, you should check the Privacy Policy of the other sites as AURA Hotel is not responsible for their policy. 
15. Articles displayed
a. AURA Hotel does its utmost to protect the articles uploaded by its customers on its website from being tampered with, damaged or deleted. However, this does not apply to the below-listed:
- Spam messages (ex: Chain letters, advertisement of specific sites etc.)
- Articles that defame others by disseminating false information to maliciously slander others
- Articles that divulge privacy related personal information of others without their consent, that infringe copyrights or other rights of third parties, or that are irrelevant to the themes of the bulletin board
- AURA Hotel may display such articles after deleting or correcting certain parts that disclose The privacy of others without agreement in order to promote healthy bulletin board culture.
- AURA Hotel will prevent misunderstanding or confusion by providing The path to a related article when an article contains links to bulletin boards handling other themes.
- The AURA Hotel may delete other malicious articles after giving specific or individual warnings.
b. The author is responsible for his articles, as a rule. Customers should give serious consideration to disclosing any information as information disclosed voluntarily through such articles can hardly be protected.
16. Obligation to notify
The AURA Hotel will notify or publish details through its website at least seven days in advance when any changes, including addition, deletion or correction, made in statutes, government policies, internal policies of the Hotel or security related technologies.
